Upon entry, CyberSpaceShowcase asks for your Name, an Organization Name, your E-mail Address, Town, State, and Zip Code in addition to a few details. More information is requested if you are a Sponsor. This data represents you in our database and enables us to contact you for award distribution, payment (if sponsor), or when necessary. You will receive show invites from our site. It is your choice whether you want to enter a show or not.

CyberSpaceShowcase does not sell this information to Mailing List Suppliers, Bulk E-Mailers, Advertising Agencies, Organizations conducting surveys or any individuals. This data helps us to maintain fairness and quality controls in addition to giving us internal statistical information for future reference. We will however make this data available to comply with any legal requirements or release Organization Names, City, & State only, to an advertiser requesting show information and/or statistics. This is done to uphold our reputation and to continue to attract Sponsors who provide the income needed to keep our site going.

If you receive any awards, we reserve the right to list your Organization Name, City, State, and awards received.

We will NOT however reveal your Last Name, Street Address, Or Email Address without prior written consent. (see the Official Rules).

These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
